This stunning riverside property required an equally outstanding scheme to compliment the beautiful natural surroundings and to provide a hassle free garden. The flood risk and level changes provided a challenge in design but by using stepped terraces artificial grass, Low maintenance porcelain paving we got over these and created a great contemporary oasis. We creating a one off cantilevered deck which flows seamlessly from the garden level over the water this was great because we did not have to interfere at all with the watercourse.

"A key part of our overall ambition when planning our ground floor extension was a garden that would seamlessly
integrate with the house and become an area where we could relax, entertain and enjoy the views. Whilst we had some ideas about how we wanted to use the space, we were absolutely blown away by the modern design Marc at I-Echo presented to us. Not only does is cleverly use the limited space, but it creates a real sense of harmony through the use of levels and the inventive choice of materials. The cantilevered deck gives us a real connection to the river and increases the space without disturbing it which was also important to us. The attention to detail he applied to the visualisation of the design as a series of animations gave the process a real emotional impact and allowed us to really see the garden.
